If you had a cracker and you wanted to share it

would you break it equally in half

One half or would you keep it for yourself

Will you divide that pie into 8 pieces or 12

how many slices of pie

are they generous or thin

what about the piece with the crust that fell off

would you serve it up or take it for yourself

What if you had a cookie

would you ask the other if you could have the last one

or would you nibble at it till it was gone

These questions seem simple when it is food

but don’t you wonder… if it was  your belongings or an estate

when you defining who or whom you trust

it remains a fractional, broken apart
